Crazy Christmas – Month Seven August

Hi Ladies, well I can’t believe we’re on month Seven already – isn’t that amazing? How many of you are on track and just not submitting monthly photos to be entered for the draw…I’m hopeing it’s most of you. I know the Summer is super busy with kiddos being out of school and nice weather to tend to 🙂 I get it! I’m out almost every weekend now camping in my favourite second home (under 600 sq ft and perfectly suitable for us if you can imagine).

Well here’s month Seven:

Applique with the wool – so adorable this little fire place with the socks hanging

I always love playing with the silk floss and her stitchery designs, they turn out beautifully

I decided to change the fireplace and socks, I just put one up for Jeff and one for me and simplified the fireplace details. Thanks MIL for doing the fire drawing for me:)

Oh and the OOPS with the backwards E, seems to me I did the same thing in A Kittens Tale with happy family had the “ps” going the wrong way. Be careful when you freehand stuff as this could happen and really make it your own.

The center block here is the cappaccino colour just doesn’t come through so great in the photo.

My colours might not be the same as yours as I’m trying to use up some of all those left over kit pieces.
